Needs

Objectives

based out of Bay Area, CA who can:
- Drive sales in the Western Region.
- Identify and Build out a pipeline
of qualified prospects.
- Actively manage a well-defined
pipeline of opportunities to fruition.
- Drive New Accounts
to revenue goals.
- Understand Zyom’s solution
strengths, capabilities and market positioning
- adapt understanding to address
customer specific pain points.
Required Skills
- Selling consulting or enterprise software,
pre-sales engagements (3-6 years).
- Experience
selling to mid-tier or Global 2000 ($100M revenue
and above).
- Excellent in prospecting, lead-generation
and managing Customer relations.
- Proven track record
of above quota achievement.
- Superior communication
skills (verbal and written).
- Presenting and selling
to senior management and executive level.
- Experience
in the Hi-Tech electronics (networking, computing, storage etc.),
consumer electronics
or Consumer Goods/ Retail industries.
- Selling
skills in the area of ERP, Supply Chain or Product
LifeCycle Management.
- Experience selling
new software solutions in the above mentioned
areas.
- Creative selling approach
- i.e., tailor presentations,
create
selling processes
to move leads along and
convert them into customers.
- Both

Senior Java Developer (Java/mySQL)- Hyderabad, India
Needs
Senior Java and mySQL Web Application Development professional
Objectives
Masters Degree in Computer Science (Bachelors encouraged to apply), or MCA graduate to develop Web-application and maintain new features for one of the three flagship product lines. While the initial development maybe focused on back-end logic, this role will be responsible for development across all layers (data-base, back-end logic/ engine and UI). This role will require working in Linux server environment and provide quality assurance for the software they are responsible for. Linux/ UNIX experience is a definite plus:
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will satisfy or show strong aptitude for the following:
- Strong software application development skills in analysis-intensive engine and database development
- Strong fundamentals of what it takes to develop web-based enterprise applications.
- Good Java programming skills and understanding of OOD principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Relational database development (MySQL knowledge a strong plus).
- Knowledge of (or experience) with Apache-Tomcat/ Jboss.
- Skills should include Servlets, JSPs, HTML/DHTML, cascading style sheets, JavaScript, JDBC programming (experience on sub-set of these ok).
- Experience with multi-tiered architecture.
- Strong analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively (communication is critical since this requires constant communications across time-zones and countries).
- Independent contributor who can work with very little direction toward daily/weekly goals and milestones (after getting suitable guidance up-front)
- Proactively coordinates with Senior Developer or Architect and plans independently.
- World-class attitude, enthusiasm and enjoys working in fast-paced development environment.
- Sound understanding of current technologies & bias to learn emerging technologies.
- Strong bias for timely delivery
- Position will be based out of Hyderabad.

Java & Database Developer - Hyderabad, India

Java and mySQL Web Application Development professional
