  • Enterprise Software Design & Development Services: Often business users find their existing enterprise software systems (such as ERP, APS, PDM1, Data Warehouse) lack the depth of capabilities required to support their business process related to managing operational costs. Typically, this occurs when new "workflows" are required that run across multiple software systems, or "analysis/ reporting" type capabilities that need to pull data from such different software systems.

3. Business Change Integration Services:
  • The downfall of most process changes is that the primary users revert back to their "old ways" no sooner has the management attention being taken off their function, or consultants leave. Effective process change requires a sustained effort on the part of management as well as the key business personnel, to ensure the new process and/or tools are adopted and "internalized".
