Zyom’s deep and detailed experience implementing advanced software systems has lead to the understanding that systems are rarely "accepted" by business users after systems ‘go live into production’ and are ‘stabilized’. Several aspects of change ranging from processes to metrics need to be internalized before these systems become truly integrated with the business processes.
