Operational Cost Management – Process Change Implementation
Once software tools have been implemented, Zyom provides a hands-on consulting
engagement to facilitate the desired process changes. Zyom’s deep and detailed
experience implementing advanced software systems has lead to the understanding
that systems are rarely "accepted" by business users after systems ‘go live into
production’ and are ‘stabilized’. Several aspects of change ranging from processes
to metrics need to be internalized before these systems become truly integrated
with the business processes. This is the core purpose of this offering.
Following is a complete set of deliverables:
- Implementation of specific process changes (e.g., changes in metrics, roles,
hand-offs, etc.)
- Documentation of process changes, goals and workshop on organizational alignment (why)
- Operating procedures and user training post "Go-live" to ensure users are fully functional (how)
- Definition of new roles and playbook for any new functional roles
- System upkeep plan to ensure no future system breakdowns (ERP, PDM integration, etc.)
- Education and facilitation of specific process changes
